365
Isn’t it amazing how one phrase appears in the Bible 365 times—
the same number as the days in a year?
“Do not be afraid.”
Almost as if God knew we would need a daily reminder.
Not once.
Not occasionally.
But every single day.
Because every morning brings something new:
new worries, new uncertainty, new battles we never saw coming.
And yet, before fear even has a chance to settle in, God reminds us again:
Do not be afraid.
I found myself wondering one day what the number 365 symbolizes biblically.
And what I discovered felt deeply meaningful:
it represents the completeness of time, divine order, and a life lived in fellowship.
Who would have thought four simple words could carry so much power?
A reminder not only of faith…
but of whose we are.
Because fear has a way of making us forget.
Forget our strength.
Forget our purpose.
Forget that we are never walking through life alone.
But every sunrise becomes another opportunity to begin again with trust instead of fear.
Another chance to breathe deeply and remind ourselves:
Whatever comes today,
God is already there.
And maybe that’s why those words appear 365 times.
Not because life will be easy.
But because courage is something we must choose daily.
So every morning, before the noise of the world settles in, I want to remind myself of this:
Do not be afraid.
Not of failure.
Not of heartbreak.
Not of uncertainty.
Not of tomorrow.
Because the same God who carried me yesterday
will carry me today too.
