More Than Enough

Have you ever sat alone and wondered:

Why not me?
What’s wrong with me?
Why wasn’t I good enough?

Those are the questions heartbreak whispers to us when a relationship ends.

You replay conversations in your mind.
You question your worth.
You wonder if you loved too hard… or maybe not enough.

And then comes the dangerous phrase:

What if…

What if I had done more?
What if I had stayed quieter?
What if I had changed this part of myself?

But the truth is, not every ending is a reflection of your value.

Sometimes people simply aren’t capable of handling the kind of love you offer.

As the saying goes:
Not everyone is meant to eat off your fine china.
Some people are only comfortable with paper plates.

That doesn’t lessen your worth.

Yes, you get tired of hearing people say,
“Oh, they weren’t good enough for you,”
or whatever quick comfort people try to offer after heartbreak.

But maybe the real blessing is this:

Maybe they were never meant to stay.

Maybe they were only a lesson preparing you for the promise God truly has for you.

And maybe they couldn’t see the potential inside of you because they were never meant to walk into the next version of your life.

So don’t spend your days lingering over spilled milk.
Don’t sit around creating revenge fantasies or trying to prove your worth to someone who failed to recognize it.

Instead…

Get yourself back.

Stand in front of the mirror and remember:
You are beautifully and wonderfully made.

Breathe again.

And before you rush into another relationship, have one with yourself first.

Learn yourself.
Love yourself.
Heal yourself.

Because there is beauty in heartbreak that you cannot always see while you are living through it.

One day you’ll look back and realize:
That breakup didn’t destroy you.

It introduced you to yourself.

And maybe—just maybe—it was the best thing that ever happened for you.

So if you’re reading this right now, say it out loud:

I am more than enough.
I am deserving of love and of being loved.
No matter what the scale says…
No matter what people say…
No matter what life has tried to convince me of…

I am loved.
