If I had to describe my decorating style, I’d call it timeless—with a story to tell.
I love a home that feels collected rather than decorated.
A place where every piece has a memory.
You’ll find antiques mixed with classic furniture, blue-and-white china, fresh flowers on the table, soft throws draped across a chair, books within reach, and a kitchen that always feels ready for one more guest.
I love the warmth of old wood, weathered finishes, and things that have stood the test of time.
Give me vintage over trendy any day.
If my home could speak, I’d want it to say,
“Come in. Stay awhile.”
I don’t want a house that looks like a showroom.
I want one that feels lived in.
One where grandchildren bake cookies in the kitchen.
Where family lingers around the table long after the meal is over.
Where laughter echoes through every room.
Where no one is in a hurry to leave.
I love touches of French country…
English cottage charm…
And the relaxed elegance of the European countryside.
Open windows.
Linen curtains dancing in the breeze.
Old books with worn pages.
Fresh flowers gathered from the garden.
Candlelight at dinner.
And a porch where morning coffee is never rushed.
To me, decorating isn’t about impressing people.
It’s about creating a sanctuary.
A place where peace lives.
A place where people feel safe.
