What are your top 10 travel destinations?

I’ve learned that sometimes the places we dream about tell us as much about ourselves as the places we’ve already been.

So if I could choose ten places to visit, they would be:

  1. The French Riviera – to sit at a seaside café with a notebook, coffee, and no schedule.
  2. Santorini, Greece – because those white buildings against the blue sea have always looked like peace to me.
  3. Italy – to wander through small villages, eat homemade pasta, and remember that life doesn’t always have to be rushed.
  4. Scotland – for its castles, rolling hills, and stories that seem to linger in the mist.
  5. Japan – to experience a culture that beautifully balances tradition, respect, and innovation.
  6. Alaska – because I’ve always wanted to witness creation on a scale that reminds me how small I really am.
  7. The Smoky Mountains in the fall – where crisp air, changing leaves, and quiet mornings seem made for reflection.
  8. The Grand Canyon – to stand at the edge and be reminded that God’s greatest masterpieces aren’t man-made.
  9. The coast of Maine – for lighthouses, lobster rolls, and peaceful mornings by the water.
  10. Anywhere my future family gathers. Because I’ve learned the greatest destination isn’t always a place on a map. Sometimes it’s simply being surrounded by the people you love.

Travel isn’t just about seeing the world.

It’s about allowing the world to remind you how much beauty God placed within it.

Maybe one day…

I’ll get to cross every one of these off my list.
