The Expiration of Isolation
There are seasons when life becomes quiet.
The phone rings less.
The invitations slow down.
The circle becomes smaller.
At first it feels like loss.
But sometimes isolation is not abandonment — it is preparation.
God often pulls us away from the noise of the crowd so He can speak to us clearly.
The wilderness is rarely comfortable, but it is often necessary.
Moses did not wander in the wilderness for forty years because God had forgotten him.
He wandered because God was preparing him.
Before Moses could lead a nation, he had to learn how to walk with God.
Before he could stand before Pharaoh, he had to stand alone in the desert.
The wilderness stripped away the man Moses had been so God could shape the leader he would become.
And when the preparation was complete, the isolation had an expiration date.
God spoke from a burning bush, and the season changed.
Many of us are in seasons where life feels quiet and isolated.
But isolation is never meant to be permanent.
Sometimes God isolates you to refine your faith, strengthen your character, and prepare your heart for the assignment ahead.
The wilderness is not the destination.
It is the training ground.
And just like Moses, there comes a moment when God calls your name and says it is time to move.
Because preparation always has an expiration date.

is actually preparation for the moment
God calls you forward?
Affirmation
