The training ground is where soldiers are formed. It’s where we learn that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against darkness, rulers, and spiritual forces in unseen places. It’s where we are taught to keep our armor on — not sometimes, but always.
There is a war raging in our world, and every day new soldiers are stepping onto the battlefield. Some come ready to serve. Some come searching for purpose. And some come with no intention of fighting at all. But God is still looking for leaders — true generals, men and women who will guide the next generation with courage and humility.
I see an army rising on the horizon.
It’s not the army we expected. It’s younger. It’s bolder. It’s redeemed. God is calling the ones society overlooked — the sinners turned worshipers, the broken now healed, the ones today’s church often dismissed. They are the Pauls and the Jonahs of our time, and they are stepping into their rightful place.
They have studied in the war room. They know the enemy’s tactics. They are the Acts generation — the sons and daughters on whom God promised to pour out His Spirit. They will see visions. They will prophesy. They will carry resurrection fire wherever they go.
This new army may not worship like the old, and they may not move like the past generation, but they will go after the lost — even the one sheep the comfortable shepherd refuses to chase. They are not afraid to get dirty. They are not afraid to love differently. They are not afraid to lead.
Because they know the hour.
It is training day.
The troops are rising.
The battlefield is ready.
And the Lord is calling His warriors to take their place.
